Sketch confirms macOS 10.13 issue is affecting bitmaps that are included within design documents. They are working on fix to come with next release.
It’s good to see an official response to this, as we were spotting multiple Tweets about placed/embedded image issues since the release of the latest Mac operating system.
Is anyone seeing funny business with imported bitmap images in @sketchapp on macOS #HighSierra? I’m seeing intermittent color profile weird.

@sketchapp bitmap Images imported from MacOS Sierra in a Sketch file look really awful when opened on High Sierra! Colors are totally wrong!

Hey @sketchapp – Having a problem after installing High Sierra where random bitmap images become semi-transparent when opening a file. pic.twitter.com/7cHyfDrEtM

Yes, macOS 10.13 is affecting bitmaps. We’re working on a fix to prevent it and expect to add it in our next Sketch release.
