This article demonstrates a possible workflow for getting user input on UI designs created in SketchApp, by using the third party tool QUANT-UX. This process includes exporting Sketch designs directly to QUANT-UX, but will require that you coordinate on your own with appropriate test subjects. User testing is key for a successful product launch, so glad to see these types of tools integrating more directly with Sketch.
